Asking for help isn't failing.

This app is here to accompany and educate, but it doesn't replace a professional. Sometimes you need someone in front of you.

Signs to seek help now

  • You notice strong physical symptoms when you stop (tremors, sweating, confusion, seizures).
  • You use or go back to it even though it has already caused serious harm to your health, work or relationships.
  • You have thoughts of hurting yourself or not wanting to go on.
  • You've tried on your own several times and feel you can't sustain it.
  • You drink or use every day to calm your anxiety.
