At Nualum, we don't sell data, exploit your urges, or bombard you with ads. This policy explains how we manage your information.
1. Privacy philosophy
Your emotional life and personal patterns are yours. Nualum is designed to collect the minimum data possible, store it securely, and never sell it to third parties. We do not show ads based on profiles or share information with social networks for marketing purposes.
2. What data we collect
If you create an account, we store a user identifier, email address (only if you voluntarily provide it), selected language, and data you generate in the app: journal entries, urge logs, streaks, goals, preferences, and settings. We do not access your calendar, contacts, or location.
3. How we use your data
We use data solely to provide the app experience: showing your progress, generating personalized insights, remembering language preferences, and maintaining the music and ambience you choose. We do not conduct commercial profiling or automated decision-making that affects rights. Only you and authorized technical staff can access the information, and always securely.
4. Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time from the Settings section. If you want to completely delete your account and all its history, write to us at areapetita@gmail.com and we will handle it manually and definitively within a reasonable time. You can also request a copy of your data.
